SERA is An app that helps facilitate clients queues in the governmental sectors. It also aims to change the queue numbers/tickets from paper to digital.

You can do this by two mechanisms: 1- By copying the barcode > Select Department > Select Section > Select Service > Submit > Submit. 2- Near the location (you can obtain a number as soon as you are close to the vicinity of the service provider) > select the department > select the section > select the service > submit > submit.

You can upload the required documents through two mechanisms: 1- Go to My Account at the bottom of the home page > My Documents > Documents > Upload. 2- You can also download just to get your number for the service, as soon as you reach the employee, and Sera allows you to download documents photographed through the phone camera, photo gallery, or documents that have been uploaded to your profile previously.

You can know the busy/crowded branches by clicking on the entity icon at the bottom of the home page > the entity > selecting the branch > selecting the section, then the services available in the section will appear next to the color that shows crowds (green: not busy \ orange: a little crowded \ red: busy/crowded) you can as well see the waiting number. For the branch opening hours and location, kindly check Google Maps.

Yes, you can use one account on two different phones.

You can delete your account by clicking on the My Account icon at the bottom of the home page > My Profile > Delete Account > Yes.

Yes, you can have two numbers at the same time for two different sections, but you cannot have two numbers for two services in one section.

It is a service that helps you hold your number for a period not exceeding 10 minutes in order to preserve your number and not oblige you to obtain a new number

You cannot transfer your number from one section to another, except through the specified employee, if it becomes clear to him that you have obtained a wrong number.

Yes, you can do that by clicking on the contacts icon at the bottom of the home page > selecting the entity > selecting the branch > selecting the service > pressing the exclamation mark and all the required documents will appear for you.

The estimated time is the approximate time for the arrival of your number at the employee, which allows you to not be obligated to stay in the place designated for waiting.
