Terms & Conditions

1- Definitions:

“User” means the user of (Sera) application, taking into consideration all expressions with the same meaning.

“User’s Information” means personal details provided by the user through the (Sera) application.

“Users” means the users of (Sera) application as a whole and/or as individuals as indicated in the context.

“(Sera) Application” means the website and application on the world wide network.

“The Content” means any reviews, comments, messages, data, information, text, music, voice, photo, drawing, video, symbol, or other materials broadcasted or displayed directly on (Sera) application or through an electronic application for third parties that provide advertisements.

2- The definition of (Sera) application

The (Sera) application connects the user to any service provider or any site that needs to organize (queues or lines) through which it allows the service provider to organize the lines of its queues, where as the (Sera) application facilitates the waiting queues for users through the possibility of receiving a service number upon reaching the service provider site. The user can also obtain the waiting number from within the headquarters of the service provider that the user wishes to benefit from the service provided by him. The application (Sera) also allows the user to know the locations or headquarter of the service provider that he needs to terminate the service.

The user can specify which service provider he needs to terminate the service. The (Sera) application also allows the user to know the approximate time period for his turn to arrive at the service provider.

- The goal of the application (Sera) is to help, facilitate and save time for the user at the service provider; as well as transforming the waiting process from paper to digital.

The (Sera) application allows the user to know if the service provider is crowded, averagely crowded, or not crowded, and to know whether the service to be performed by the service provider is crowded, moderately crowded, or not crowded. It also allows the user to know the approximate time that he needs for his turn to complete the service.

- The (Sera) application also allows the user to upload his personal documents to the application, which allows the service provider to use them in order to facilitate the implementation of the service required by the service provider. The user can also know the requirements required by the service provider to complete the service so that the user can prepare the required documents before going to the service provider.

- - Hence, the goal of the (Sera) application is to help and facilitate users, save and organize their time and effort regarding the completion of their services with the service provider, and all this by organizing the service provider lines and waiting queues and facilitating the waiting process.

3- Terms & Conditions:

By using the (Sera) application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event that you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you must not use the (Sera) application. Accordingly we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time and therefore you must review these terms and conditions periodically. We do not have to contact you or notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the (Sera) application constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable at the time of your use of the application as part of our commitment to make the website and the (Sera) application a place that you would like to visit frequently. We welcome all your comments on any of the policies or rules that we include below. It is not permissible to add any comments that offend anyone, and the person making the comment bears full responsibility.

First: User’s Obligations:

1. The user acknowledges and undertakes to browse the (Sera) application and/or use the services as stipulated in the terms, conditions and legislation in force.

Accordingly:

- The user must have full legal capacity to contract and deal.

- If the user is under the age of 18, he must obtain the consent of his parents or guardian to do so.

- The user acknowledges and undertakes that he has the right and the legal ability to use the (Sera) application as stipulated in these terms and conditions.

- - The user acknowledges that any use made through the (Sera) application will be as stipulated.

- The user undertakes not to copy, download, reproduce, republish, frame, broadcast, or transmit in any way any of the materials provided by the (Sera) application.

- The user undertakes not to do anything that may affect the operation or security of the (Sera) application or cause unreasonable annoyance, abuse, or disruption to any of our other users or employees.

- The user must not have previously benefited from the (Sera) application services and was prevented or prohibited from using the (Sera) application.

- The user must not be a competitor to the application or offer any product similar to what the (Sera) application offers.

- Both the user and the service provider shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the country in which the service is provided.

- The user must provide correct and accurate information to the (Sera) application, and he must comply with any notices made by the application regarding the services it provides to ensure that the implementation of the services provided by the (Sera) application is not hindered.

- The user maintains all contents and passwords to access his account securely.

- The user acknowledges that the downloaded papers, documents and data in the application are correct and legal, and that they belong to him exclusively, and that they are not forged. The user alone bears the consequences of that and is responsible for the full legal responsibility in front of the concerned authorities without any responsibility on the (Sera) application. Additionally, the user is solely legally responsible if he uses any data that contradicts his real data or data that violates the law, or if he uses any data of another person.

- The (Sera) application has the right to refuse to provide the services available on the site to users without giving any reasons for this refusal.

- In order to access the (Sera) application, you will need access to the internet. You are responsible for any connection, service or fees associated with access to the internet and for the provision of all equipment necessary to enable you to connect to the internet (including a computer, modem and other devices necessary for access) due to the limited capacity of all servers and their use by many people at the same time.

- The user is obligated not to use the (Sera) application in any way that leads to sabotage or exceeds the carrying capacity of our servers or any network connected to any of our servers.

2. The User shall refrain from the following actions (whether the User is doing it personally or through a third party):

- The use of an automated process to process, monitor, copy, extract any pages on the (Sera) application, or any information, content or data contained in or accessed through (Sera) application, without the prior written consent of the site.

- Using an automated process to collect or combine the information, content or data that it contains or that can be accessed through the (Sera) application with the information, materials or data that is accessed through it, or whose source is a third party.

- Using any automated process to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the way the application works.

- Performing any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the available infrastructure or application bandwidth.

3. (The User) is solely responsible for the use of the application and every use of it is at his own risk, the User agrees not to publish, upload, send, distribute, store, create or publish in any way, or cause to publish on the website and (Sera) application directly or indirectly through an electronic application for others any of the following:

- Content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive to any religious or moral group, scandalous, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, threatening, violating privacy and copyright, violent, sensitizing, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable.

- Viruses, corrupted data, other files that cause damage, malfunctions, or sabotage the (Sera) application or user data.

4. (Sera) application shall not be liable for any content that is published, stored or uploaded in the interactive areas by the user or by any third party, or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

Furthermore, the (Sera) application is not responsible for any errors, slander, contempt, libel, omissions, lies, abuse, pornography, or insults that you may encounter during use.

5. The (Sera) application is not responsible for the expected time for the arrival of your turn at the agency that provides this service; the time indicated by the application is only an estimate and is not binding on anyone.

6. The (Sera) application is not responsible for the feature of numbers that show the user the crowded, medium-crowded and less crowded sites, as these numbers are estimated and not binding on anyone.

Second: Account Registration

The Sera application may include a feature that allows you to register an account on the application. When you register such an account, you must provide correct and complete information about yourself, which includes providing your civil number and a valid phone number, and you must also update this information without delay in the event of any change. You are personally responsible for all activities related to your account on the application. In order to protect your account from any unauthorized use, you must keep your account access information in a safe place. Please immediately report any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of account security to (Sera) application.

Third: Third Parties Websites

1. The user acknowledges and agrees that the (Sera) application is not responsible for the availability of any content of any third party website and electronic application that you have accessed through the (Sera) application.

2. The (Sera) application does not endorse or accept in any way to be responsible for any content, advertisement, product or service found on or available in third party websites.

3. The (Sera) application is not responsible for any dealings between the user and third parties such as advertisers or merchants located on or through the (Sera) application, including payment for, or delivery of, products, services or any related terms, conditions, guarantees, or pledges as these dealings take place between the user and the third party. The (Sera) application does not assume any responsibility or liability as a result of loss or damage of any kind that occurred as a result of such dealings.

Fourth: Intellectual Property

1. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content that are provided as part of the (Sera) application belong to the owners of the application, and no person may infringe on this property.

2. It is not permissible to assist or facilitate the work of third parties to copy, reproduce, broadcast, distribute, adapt, use in a commercial way, or create works based on it; if the user becomes aware of the existence of distribution or commercial exploitation of any kind of the (Sera) application he agrees to inform those in charge of the (Sera) application directly.

Fifth: (Sera) Application Rights

1. The (Sera) application has the right to view the user data registered on the application, and the user has no right to refer to the application in the event that he used this data, since that once the data is registered and the terms and conditions are agreed upon, then this data becomes available for use by the (Sera) application.

2. The (Sera) application has the right to use user data with third parties for advertising purposes through notifications and text messages (sms) that reach the user. The application is not responsible for what these notifications, text messages (sms) or advertisements contain; rather, the third party is responsible for them towards the user.

3. The (Sera) application has the right to send notifications and text messages (sms) addressed to you through e-mail, regular mail, or by sending a notification on the electronic application.

4. The (Sera) application can access the user’s photos through the use of the Photos application, and once the user agrees to that in the application, this will be considered as permission for the (Sera) application to access the images in its own photo application.

5. The (Sera) application can access the phone’s camera application in order to upload documents to the application by the user, and once the user agrees to that in the application, this will be considered as permission for the (Sera) application to access the camera application.

6. The (Sera) application can access your geographical location and the coordinates of the owner of the phone used in the application, in order to facilitate the performance of the services provided through the site, and once the user agrees to that in the application, this will be considered as permission for the (Sera) application to use the geographical location.
